If I'm being perfectly honest, the last few weeks haven't been all that fun - all day nausea is NOT my idea of a good time - but this makes it all worth it...
It was incredible to hear the heartbeat and see the baby moving (rolls and flips to be exact!) and since the ship will be leaving soon, I feel so fortunate that Shane and I got to share this experience together. He sacrifices so much, but if we're lucky we'll find out the gender together, and if we're extra super lucky he'll make it home for the birth. Definitely putting in lots of prayers for this!!
Look at your little bean!!! We are so happy for you and Shane and praying that he will be home for the birth. Get to feeling better little Mama!
ReplyDeleteExciting! Are the ships more predictable than the submarines? Do you have a tentative schedule for Shane so that you know if you go full term whether or not he will be with you?
ReplyDeletePS - Good news - your baby CAN be president since you and Shane are US citizens who have lived in the US for at least 5 years prior to the baby's birth. WHEW!
Awww...so sweet! I love him/her already!!!
